The central purpose and role of RTRC Asia is to improve the lives of children and families. We aim to achieve the goal of providing healthy development and constructive education for all young children by offering a range of Early Childhood Education professional courses for early childhood educators and care providers.
RTRC Asia offers a seamless career lattice and professional development courses on early childhood education through a complete range of Certificate, Diploma, Degree and Postgraduate courses up to the Masters level, as well as a range of continuing educational programmes.
RTRC Asia is fortunate to have a core of very dedicated and capable faculty and administrative team who are well qualified and highly committed to supporting our students. In addition, our partners, Wheelock College, Boston, USA and the University of South Australia have been a motivating force and influence in the quality management of the programmes offered collaboratively by our organizations. Together with their credible reputation, we have been able to deliver both Undergraduate Degree and Postgraduate programmes that carry with it accreditation and endorsement that are internationally recognized. As such, we believed that our programmes continue to attract students who have the distinct quality and disposition of those who aspire to be the best.
The day-to-day challenge and joy of our work as educators involves struggling to see each student in as full and dynamic a way as possible, and simultaneously to create environments that nurture and challenge the wide range of students who are actually there in our classrooms.
However, to sustain this passion, our well qualified and experienced teachers need opportunities to collectively engage in serious questions of immediacy and urgency from their classrooms: What are my teaching goals? How do they fit the visions/ standards of the larger community? What is going on in our classrooms? How are the children experiencing it? How can we learn from one another?
RTRC Asia aims to facilitate this learning process by developing a professional and learning community, through its professional courses and continuing education programmes. At the same time, we provide a highly conducive Learning Environment to conduct our classes. Students are given necessary Support Services to ensure that their needs and concerns are looked into.
In our programmes, we are committed to meet the requirements and expectations of our Students by building on their needs, experiences, and collective wisdom as teachers and principal, whom we believe, are always in search of better teaching practice.
