Student Pass Application Procedures

Step 1: Course Enquiries

Step 2 : Submit the following items (2 months before commencement) to RTRC Asia Pte Ltd

  • Registration Form
  • Registration Fee of $50 + Government Service Tax
  • International Student Fee of $120 + Government Service Tax
  • Student Protection Scheme Fee (depending on courses enrolled)
  • ICA form
  • 4 Recent Photographs
  • Birth Certificate (Native & English Language)
  • Photocopies of Educational Certificates & Transcript (Native & English Language)
  • Photocopy of Passport
  • Financial Statement (applicable to visa-required country)

Step 3: RTRC Asia will process student pass application and submit to Immigration Checkpoint and Authority (ICA)

Step 4: ICA will notify RTRC Asia of the outcome of application after 4- 6 weeks.

Step 5: RTRC Asia will mail the In-Principle Approval Letter and Acceptance Letter to successful applicants. For students from VISA required country, you would need to bring along the In-Principle Approval Letter and Acceptance Letter for application of VISA into Singapore.

Step 6: Students will need to arrive in Singapore 2 weeks before commencement of course for medical check up, verification of documents with ICA (Bring along original documents) and make payment for security deposit.

Step 7: Make payment of Student Pass Fee to ICA and collect Student Pass.
