Criteria of Membership :-
Senior Teachers, Head Teachers, Branch Administrators, Mentor, Supervisors, Principals, Centre Managers, Directors working in the pre-school centres, childcare centres & kindergartens.
Bi-Annual Membership :-
(1) June 2006 to June 2007
(2) January 2007 to December 2007
