For foreign applicants
to be considered, they need to be:

holding a valid employment
pass or work permit and are currently employed
by a licensed childcare centre or kindergarten;
or
•
a dependent pass holder with
the eligibility to work in Singapore.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If notice of withdrawal is given in writing:
a) 2 weeks' before course commencement* - 75% of course fees
b) Less than 2 weeks' notice - No Refund
*Course commences on the scheduled date of Orientation Session
SDF and SRP
Subsidy
Employers sponsoring staff who are Singapore Citizens
or Singapore Permanent Residents, to the accredited
courses, will be eligible to claim subsidy from SDF
and SRP using SDF Form 1 and SRP-APP form respectively.
Application for these 2 subsidies must be submitted
to SDF and NTUC Skills Development Department respectively
at least 1 working day before the commencement
of the course.

Completed course
application form with accurate information should
be mailed or handed in by the stipulated deadline
together with:
•
Cheque
for registration fee
•
"Certified
true copies" of academic qualifications and
transcripts (translated in English for foreign
certificates):
•
'O' level certificates
•
Any other certificates or transcripts.
E.g. 'A' level/Diploma / Degree
Successful applicants will be informed
by mail. In case of overwhelming response, RTRC Asia
reserves the right to make the final selection of
course participants.
Cheques for registration fee should
be made payable to RTRC ASIA PTE LTD and mailed with
completed application form and academic certificates
